A recognized leader in intermediary-sold and small-business executive retention solutions, Randy has been involved with designing, marketing and selling life insurance-based accumulation and distribution strategies for nearly 40 years. Prior to founding CES in 1996, he served as Divisional Vice President, Marketing and Product Development at American General Life, and Divisional Vice President, Product and Special Markets for Executive Benefits of American Brands Corporation.

Barb O’Brien is primarily responsible for a range of key corporate initiatives at CES, including public relations and marketing relations, meetings/events, client communications, and office management oversight. Prior to joining CES, she served as Vice President for American General Life Insurance. At American General, Barb served in various operational areas, including new business development, claims processing, policy underwriting, client services, and customer relations.

Steve Correll

Steve Correll leads CES’ long-term technology and operations initiatives. He also oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and the CES Administration (CESA) platform. Prior to joining CES in 2012, Steve enjoyed a 32-year career in the telecom industry, ultimately rising to the position of Vice President of Operations and Engineering. Steve brings with him expertise in operations process management as well as technology, network topology and software development oversight.
